Appearing to be "sweet" is part and parcel of it. Believe me, I have known him in person for nearly a decade. Just take a look at how he makes fun of his anorexic colleague in the video (behind her back of course, and after "amicably" and deviously greeting her) and how he talks about Uwe Scholz who he claims to have "left" when in fact Uwe sacked him. Damien does indeed have lovely sides to him but this video mainly shows his worst. Whoever thought that those sides of him should appear first on Google: Please be aware that these minutes might ruin his reputation - for either they do not do him justice as he is now, or they tell a really sad story. Narcissism is the affectation of a persona that is not your own in order to cause people to treat you in a certain way. Damien is a sweet guy, and on a personal level he's very much NOT a narcissist.
